Free sign language and oral interpreters, TTY's and other services are available to deaf and hard-of-hearing persons.

When you register as a patient, please let the staff know if you need an interpreter to assist you. Call the Service Excellence Department at 336-476-2489 or the main hosptial switch board at 336-472-2000 for assistance.
Thomasville Medical Center has on-site Spanish interpreters available. If you need interpretation for another language, we offer 150 languages by phone.
Other interpreter services available:
- American sign language
- Services for deaf and hard of hearing
- Services for the blind
Special requests for on-site interpreters, other than Spanish, will be considered for available interpreters speaking the requested language.
