Registration
If your physician makes arrangements for you to visit our hospital for a test, surgery or other service, you will need to register. Whether you are a first-time patient or are returning for a followup visit, we recommend that you contact us as soon as you know the date of your appointment by telephoning (336) 474-3410.
Appointments
There are several types of appointments that patients can schedule directly with Thomasville Medical Center. These include certain diagnostic procedures and appointments in one of our Centers of Excellence.
Along these lines, we do ask for a physician's order to perform certain outpatient radiology tests. In others, such as mammographies, you can schedule these directly, but we do ask for a physician's name, so we will know where to send the test results.
