Novant Health Forms Partnership with HMA and Seven Hospitals
April 1, 2008 -- Novant Health has completed an agreement with Health Management Associates, Inc. (HMA) and purchased a 27 percent share of ownership of all seven HMA hospitals in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Novant and Rowan Regional Finalize Merger
January 2, 2008 -- Novant Health and Rowan Regional Medical Center (RRMC) finalized their merger.
