As partners, we bring much more than great baseball to the Thomasville area. Working together, we sponsor events like skills clinics and special games, and provide education to improve the health of the community.

About the CPL
The HiToms are affiliated with the Coastal Plain League (CPL), a summer college baseball league which began play in 1997. Providing top-notch instruction and playing conditions, the CPL offers a premier developmental environment for college players hoping to hone their skills and display their talents during the summer. In 1999, the CPL received official certification from the NCAA and Major League Baseball.
Playing exclusively in the Carolinas and Virginia, the league utilizes several former minor league stadiums as well as first-class municipal facilities in the following cities: Asheboro, Edenton, Fayetteville, Florence (SC), Gastonia, Hampton (VA), Manteo (Outer Banks), Martinsville (VA), New Bern, Petersburg (VA), Spartanburg, Thomasville, Wilmington, and Wilson. Several other cities are under consideration as future expansion sites.
