At Thomasville Medical Center Women's Heart Center, we understand that no two women
are exactly alike. That's why the care you receive at the Women's Heart Center is
designed specifically around you and your personal needs. We not only treat the
disease but we work with you to set goals to address the cause of the disease.
Risk Assessment
Through a one-hour, personalized risk assessment, we help you to understand your
risk factors. It's only $25 and can improve your overall heart health. After the
assessment has been completed, we will work closely with you and your physician
to develop an individualized wellness plan to address any risk factors that were
identified. Your assessment includes:
- Height
- Weight
- Waist circumference
- Cholesterol - total LDL,
HDL, triglycerides
- Blood glucose (sugar)
- PAD (peripheral artery disease)
screening.
