A condition where the ability to fall asleep and stay asleep is difficult. One
of the most common sleep problems, insomnia can be caused by a wide variety of physical
and/or psychological problems.
If you experience difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or experiencing a restful
night's sleep, you might be suffering from insomnia.
What is Insomnia?
Insomnia is defined as the perception of, or complaint of, inadequate or poor-quality
sleep due to one or more of the following:

Difficulty falling asleep

Waking up frequently during the night with difficulty returning to sleep

Waking up too early in the morning

Non-refreshing sleep and daytime fatigue.
