Novant Health Thomasville Medical Center's Diabetes Education Center is designed to assist with diabetes management and nutrition education. Program participation is by physician referral.

Thomasville Medical Center teams with the Novant Health Diabetes Services to assist people with diabetes management and nutrition education on-site at Thomasville Medical Center.

Our programs are recognized by the American Diabetes Association as meeting the national standards of diabetes self-management training.

We offer a variety of educational opportunities for you to learn about your diabetes. Enrollment with Thomasville Medical Center Diabetes Center is made by physician referral. If you are interested in attending any diabetes education programs, talk with your doctor. Fees are charged for all of our services; you should consult your individual insurance company to verify coverage.

Thomasville Medical Center's Diabetes Education Center staff includes certified diabetes educators, certified insulin pump trainers, registered nurses and registered dietitians, among others.
