Recognizing this, we ask our patients how they feel about the service they receive.

A Standard of Excellence

To ensure that our standard of care is excellent, we contact our patients by telephone after they return home. The surveyor asks the patient for their feedback about nursing care, food, room cleanliness, how well we explained complicated tests and procedures, and other areas. The patient scores our care on a 5-point scale: Poor, Fair, Average, Good, and Excellent. Our results are then compared to those of other hospitals around the country.
