Condition Reports

Any personal information about a patient's diagnosis and treatment must come from the doctor. This medical information is only available to the patient or designated members of the immediate family. To further protect our patients' confidentiality and privacy, information regarding a patient's condition will not be provided via telephone unless special arrangements are made with the patient's nurse.

Patient Information

To locate a patient by room number or telephone, call the medical center's main number at 336-472-2000. Ask for the patient by their full name. Due to patient confidentiality, operators do not report on the conditions of patients. They may, however, transfer calls to a nurse's station.
